Ingredients:

1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked)
1 cup frozen blueberries/blueberry powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (vegetable or whey protein)
1 cup coconut water or almond milk
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil or avocado for healthy fats
