Chaga mushroom is a type of mushroom that mainly grows on birch trees in cold climates for example Scandinavia, Siberia, Canada and Alaska. In Latin this mushroom is called Inonotus obliquus.

Chaga has been used as a traditionally in Scandinavia for centuries, mainly to boost the general health. Chaga is low in calories, high in fiber, and filled with antioxidants. Chaga probably has the highest ORAC value of any plant food in the world

The best way to use Chaga is to use a chaga extract ( powder, capsules or tincture / elixir ) , chaga chunks or the chaga powder. Chaga extract is ready for use, you simply just add it to warm water and your chaga tea is ready.
