Tropical Yogurt Bowl with Blueberries
Ingredients:
200 ml coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon blueberry extract
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
1 tablespoon almonds (chopped)
50 g mixed tropical fruits (e.g. mango, pineapple, papaya)
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Preparation:
- Stir the blueberry extract into the coconut yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the mixed tropical fruits on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle with cocoa nibs, chopped almonds and coconut flakes. This bowl will instantly put you in tropical spheres with a delicious crunch from the almonds!
