Cordyceps Extract
Cordyceps Extract is a ancient herbal medicine used for centuries in Scandinavia. Double extracted Instant Cordyceps of Foodin is made by extracting both water-soluble and fat-soluble ingredients from cordyceps. Cordy extract powder contains 30% polysaccharides. The doubble extracted Cordyceps extract powder is produced by a three-stage hot water and alcohol extraction, which ensures the most concentrated high quality product. The raw materials are thoroughly examined and purified before extraction in purified enzyme-enriched water to soften the cells to achieve a good result.
The raw material in this product is first boiled three times to make the water soluble compounds removed from the sponge as well as possible. Then, the concentrated extract is placed in the first alcohol extract at room temperature for 12 hours, whereupon some of the fat-soluble ingredients are released into the liquid. The alcohol extraction is done by double extraction at 65-70 ° C to allow the water to evaporate and to concentrate the active ingredients of cordyceps. Thus, it is possible to remove the fat-soluble compounds from the fungus into a ready-made extract for drying.
Usage of Cordyceps Extract:
Mix ½ teaspoon of cordycep extract powder with own chosen liquid, we suggest to mix it warm water with your favorite tea, coffee or for example a breakfast smoothie
